After registration, you will receive the confirmation by mail. Please check your order on this document to make sure that your order is registered correctly. On this confirmation, you find also the total amount to be paid within a period of 10 days.

The cars and/or stands are to be supplied on Friday, the day before the fair.

When you arrive at Flanders Expo, you can park your vehicle on the parking next to the Hall 3. You'll find the registration office at the entrance of Hall 3. If you will be late or for any reason, you are prohibited, please inform us on ++32 (0)477.67.30.03
